Ryan Neal Shockley

Ryan Neal Shockley has extensive experience in technical support and military liaison roles, currently serving as a Remote Support Engineer Tier 2 at Atlona since December 2011. Responsibilities include managing troubleshooting for key accounts, creating an FAQ database, and providing technical training and support to government and military clients. In addition, Shockley holds a position as Assistant to the Sergeant of Arms at The American Legion, Department of Oregon, and is a commissioned member of the Oregon Veteran Employment and Education Commission, advocating for veterans' employment and education policies. Prior military service includes various roles in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserve, where Shockley received multiple commendations and trained in diverse operational and technical areas. Education was completed at Silver Creek High School.
