Niharika Singh is currently a Research Intern at The Invincible Academy & Agency and a Launchpad Fellow in Operations & Fulfillment at Atlys since November 2025. Previously, Niharika held various roles at Avenues - The Placement Cell, Kirori Mal College, progressing from Coordinator (Trainee) to Senior Coordinator. Niharika gained experience as an Intern at Crimson Education and as a Human Resources Intern at Internship Studio, focusing on practical HR applications. Niharika's experience also includes serving as Editor in Chief at Sadhu Vaswani International School for Girls, where content quality for an event magazine was maintained, and as Under-Secretary-General for Content Writing at an international conference. A Student Ambassador for Crimson Education, Niharika successfully promoted academic events and earned a content writing internship offer. Niharika is currently in the second year of study at Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi.
