Ali al-Sudairi

Ali Al-Sudairi, PMP®, is a highly experienced Project Management Engineer and Senior Facilities Specialist at atmaal since September 2025. Al-Sudairi has a robust background in civil engineering, having previously worked as a Civil Engineer for the Qassim National Housing Association from March 2023 to October 2025, where responsibilities included leading engineering teams for residential projects. Additional roles include Facility Management Specialist at بيت الثقافة Culture House, where contributions were made to a flagship cultural project, and Engineer Project Manager at أمانة منطقة القصيم, overseeing a large-scale maintenance project with a team of over 120 professionals. Al-Sudairi's experience also encompasses structural design and civil project engineering, with foundational roles at Milestones Engineering Company. Al-Sudairi holds a Bachelor’s degree and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Qassim University.
