Jeremy Noble

VP, Information Services at ATMC

Jeremy Noble is the current Vice President of Information Services at ATMC. Prior to their current position, they served as Managing Director of Internal Audit for Markel Corporation from June 2002 to May 2015. In this role, they were responsible for financial reporting, accounting policy, and corporate accounting functions. Jeremy has extensive experience with property and casualty insurance, public company filings, merger and acquisitions - due diligence, valuation and accounting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and oversight, accounting for derivatives and financial instruments, and capital market transactions. In addition, Jeremy has experience leading large scale accounting and finance transformation projects to accommodate new operational business models and IT systems. Prior to their role at Markel Corporation, Jeremy worked as a Senior Accountant at KPMG LLP for 4+ years.

Jeremy Noble's educational career includes completing a certificate program in Advanced Management Program from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, a 2021 McKinsey CFO Leadership Program from Harvard Business School Executive Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from the University of Richmond. Jeremy also holds certifications from the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) Society in Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and from the AICPA in Certified Public Accountant.

Jeremy Noble reports to Keith Holden, CEO. Jeremy Noble works with Kim Edwards - VP, Accounting & Finance, Jody Heustess - VP, Marketing & Customer Care, and Marcus Peterson - Director, Operations Services.
