Hernan Espinosa

Hernan Espinosa has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. In 2012, they began their career as an Assistant Professor at Universidad de La Sabana, where they managed a team of researchers, the project's budget and resources. In 2018, they began working as a PhD Candidate and Seasonal Tutor at RMIT University, where they defined a practice-led research project around the use of recommendation systems and supervised and advised research projects as a lecturer. In 2021, they began working as a Seasonal Lecturer at Universidad Externado de Colombia, where they designed and developed the "Introduction to Coding" course curriculum for the Master of Creative Communication and Emergent Media program. Currently, they are a Software Developer at Atmo Biosciences.

Hernan Espinosa's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Audio Production from Universidad de Los Andes from 2004-2008, a Master of Arts in Screenwriting and Audiovisual Development from Universidad de los Andes (CL) from 2009-2010, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from RMIT University from 2018-2022.
