Edwin Leland has extensive experience in customer contact and operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Contact Centers at Atmos Energy, the nation’s largest pure natural gas utility, since April 2010. Prior to this role, Edwin held various leadership positions at Arbitron from August 2001 to April 2010, including Sr. Director of Operations and Director of both the Southwest Contact Center and Columbia Interviewing Center. Edwin's earlier career included roles as AVP of Knowledge Management and Manager of First Research at First Union National Bank from 1999 to 2001, as well as Operations Manager at Western Wats from 1994 to 1999. Edwin earned a B.S. in Business Management from Utah Valley University between 1991 and 1994.
