Ronda Louderman

Ronda Louderman serves as the Director of Quality Assurance at Atmos Energy since October 2022. Prior to this role, Ronda held multiple positions at Black Bear Transmission, LLC, including Vice President and Director of Environmental, Health, Safety & Regulatory (EHS&R) from April 2020 to October 2022. Ronda's experience also includes serving as Senior Manager of Pipeline Transportation Compliance at Third Coast Midstream, LLC from May 2018 to April 2020, and as Regulatory and Pipeline Supervisor at Alta Mesa Resources from June 2010 to May 2018. Earlier in the career, Ronda worked as a Regulatory Consultant at The Compliance Group from June 2007 to June 2010, providing expertise in regulatory compliance and audits. Ronda began professional journey at the Railroad Commission of Texas as an Engineering Specialist from May 2002 to June 2007, assessing pipeline safety and compliance. Additionally, Ronda holds a NACE Certification CP-1 #309830.
