Kim Seiger, PSM II, PMP, PMI-ACP

Kim Seiger, PSM II, PMP, PMI-ACP has over 20 years of experience in project management and agile methodologies. From 1994 to 2005, Kim worked as an Independent Contractor, serving as a Microsoft Certified Trainer and teaching official Microsoft classes in programming, networking, and operating systems. In 2005, Kim joined Computer Aid, Inc. as a Software Developer and later transitioned into the role of Project Manager. In this position, Kim provided project management for a software development team, analyzing customers' business processes, gathering requirements, designing software functionality, and managing development tasks for various applications.
