Scott Harvey

Scott Harvey has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on product development and engineering. Scott is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Atmosera, a leading provider of cloud computing services.

Previously, Scott served as the Director of Engineering at APCON, where they were responsible for all engineering activity, including hardware and software development, FPGA development, engineering test, and technical publications. During their time at APCON, Scott led the team in stabilizing product development and releasing new products on a regular cadence. Scott also redesigned the backplane architecture and made a leap forward in terms of density and capacity in the XR chassis.

Products designed by Scott include mobile application and server-based element management systems in addition to traditional embedded system designs. Their design methods include agile/scrum, feature driven development, and DevOps.

Scott Harvey has a B.S. in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University and a certification from SteelBrick in SteelBrick Certified Admin.
