Melissa Novinski

Melissa Novinski has extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and operational leadership, with a career spanning several companies in the interiors industry since 1990. Currently, at Atmosphere Commercial Interiors since April 2004, Melissa has held multiple leadership roles, including Financial Planning & Analysis and Director of Continuous Improvements, focusing on financial analysis, client satisfaction, and team engagement. Prior positions include Director of Client Services at both Atmosphere and Dayton's Commercial Interiors, where Melissa managed teams and integrated services during acquisitions. Starting the career at Grant Thornton as a Supervisor, Melissa has a strong background in finance, having served as Controller and CFO at Rowley-Schlimgen. Melissa holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
