Nilesh Rathod

Nilesh Rathod is an accomplished entrepreneur and author with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of Atmosphere - The Store Makers since July 2020, Nilesh also holds the position of Founder and Director at Ensemble Fitout and Fixtures since April 2019. Nilesh is the author of "Destiny of Shattered Dreams," a novel detailing the challenges of corporate success through the story of Atul Malhotra. Previously, Nilesh was an Independent Director at Ensemble Infrastructure India Limited from May 2003 to October 2022, where significant growth was achieved under leadership. Educational qualifications include a CFA in Finance from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from B M College of Commerce.
