Tom Swiatek

Tom Swiatek has extensive experience in contracts management and regulatory affairs, currently serving in a Contracts Management role at Atmosphere since May 2021. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Director, Contracts & Bidding at WeShield from 2020 to May 2021. Between 2014 and 2018, Tom was the AVP Regulatory & Contracts Manager, General Counsel at UniMed Direct. Additionally, Tom practiced law as an Attorney in private practice from June 1999 to September 2013, having started as a Law Clerk and then Associate at Robie & Matthai from 1997 to 2002. Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Westmont College.
