Jason Sherron

Jason Sherron has a diverse work experience. Jason is the Co-founder and Head of Operations at atmospheric.ai, a company focused on reinventing climate risk management. Prior to that, they worked at Palmetto as the Director of Platform Services, managing integrated product and engineering teams and building production APIs. Jason also led the Communications Platform team, integrating Twilio, Salesforce, and other data to enhance customer interactions. Jason has also worked at Autonomic as the Platform Operations Director, where they reengineered incident management and release processes to improve user experience and customer satisfaction. Jason also served as the Director of Partner Engagement, driving business development and partnerships with various cloud providers and automakers. Additionally, at Autonomic, they were the Director of Evangelism, spearheading developer engagement and improving support response times. Before Autonomic, Jason worked at Pivotal Software, Inc. as the Director of Product Management, and at Microsoft as the Director of Change and Release Management and Principal Service Engineer. At Microsoft, they achieved high network uptime SLA and led teams delivering the network service for Exchange Online. Jason also managed the Windows Azure content delivery network (CDN) operations team. Earlier in their career, they worked at Facebook as a Technical Program Manager. In their role at Microsoft, Jason successfully directed the 2008 Beijing Olympics webcast and managed the Windows Azure CDN operations team.

Jason Sherron has a BA in Political Science from the University of Rochester. Jason later pursued an MBA in Information Systems from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School. In terms of certifications, Jason holds a Certified Incident Responder certification from PagerDuty, a Human Resource Essentials certification from the University of Washington, and an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect - Professional certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Additionally, they have obtained the MCSD, MCDBA, MCP, and MCSAD certifications from Microsoft, although specific dates are not provided.
