Michael Wagner

Michael Wagner, CFA has extensive experience in the financial technology and blockchain industries. Michael is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of ATMTA, Inc. and also the Co-Founder of Star Atlas, a space-themed video game metaverse. In 2016, they founded Multichain Ventures, a brand portfolio holding entity focused on decentralized financial technology. Michael also served as a Member of the Advisory Board for BlockDrop, Inc. starting in 2018. Prior to these roles, Michael was the Founder & Managing Director of Digital Asset Holdings, LLC, a consultative investment management firm specializing in digital currency assets. Their expertise includes broad market fundamental analysis, technical analysis, portfolio construction, and capital raising guidance in tokenized markets.

Michael Wagner, CFA holds a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Michael has also attained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
