David Shepard

David Shepard has extensive experience in IT operations and telecommunications, currently serving as Associate Director of IT Operations at ATN International since June 2016, following a tenure as Sr. Manager of Telecom & End User Support. Prior to this, David worked at Windstream from July 2006 to June 2016 as a Senior Business Technician, specializing in the installation and repair of communications systems with a focus on Mitel MiVoice Business and Contact Center technologies. David's career began at Alltel Wireless from February 1995 to June 2006 as a Business Systems Technician, where the emphasis was on ISDN, ADSL, T1/PRI, and Nortel equipment. David's educational background includes military training from the United States Navy and academic studies at the University of West Georgia.
