Dipak Sengupta has a diverse work experience in various companies. Dipak started their career as a Facility Management Executive at Computer Tomorrow in 2002. In this role, they handled applications execution and delivery, supervised activities, and worked as a Solution Architect and Support Manager.
In 2006, Dipak joined IBM as a Manager, where they managed a team of 14 members and was responsible for Service Delivery Platform (SDP) Project, as well as SDP, CIT, NDS, WPS modules. Dipak ensured business operations KPIs and escalations were managed within SLA.
In 2009, Dipak moved to Digicel Group, initially working as a Billing Manager. In this role, they implemented new billing-related projects, managed vendors, and worked with the core network team for new implementations. Dipak also performed operational works related to Telecom. Later, Dipak became the Business Intelligence Manager, overseeing the billing team for multiple companies under Digicel group and supporting all users. Dipak managed upgrades, process changes, and implemented new lines of business.
Since 2018, Dipak has been working at ATN International as a Senior Product Catalog Analyst. Their responsibilities include administration and configuration of OSS360 for all ATNI businesses, working on new projects, and migration of billing systems.
Overall, Dipak has demonstrated their expertise in billing systems, project management, team management, and operational work in the telecom industry.
Dipak Sengupta completed their B.Com(H) degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta between the years 1996 and 1999. Following this, from 2000 to 2002, they pursued a Diploma in Information Technology at CMC India.
