Mark Reynolds

Mark Reynolds is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in telecommunications, regulatory affairs, and government relations. Currently serving as General Counsel at Logic (Cayman) and VP of International Government and Regulatory Affairs at ATN International, Reynolds has held significant roles in various organizations, including GTT, where responsibilities included legal guidance to the CEO and managing regulatory affairs. Previous positions include legal consultancy, teaching telecommunications law, and litigation at Grant Stewart Phillips & Co. Reynolds holds a Master's of Law in Computer and Communications Law from Queen Mary University of London and has a strong foundation in both public and private sector law, regulatory compliance, and legal education.
