Mark Wagner

Mark Wagner, CISA, has extensive work experience in the field of IT auditing. Mark started their career at Systematics and held various roles there for almost two decades. Mark then joined Eclipsys Corporation as an Outsourcing Business Consultant, where they provided support for sales efforts and led the due diligence process. After that, they worked at Alltel as a Senior IT Auditor, responsible for leading audits on the adequacy of security controls. Mark later joined Verizon Wireless as Sr. IT Analyst - Internal Audit and then worked at the Arkansas Division of Legislative Audit as an IT Auditor. Following that, they joined Allied Wireless Communication Corp. as a Sr. IT Auditor and then worked at FROST, PLLC as a Risk Assurance Supervisor. Currently, they are employed at Atlantic Tele-Network, Inc. as a Senior Internal Auditor - IT and a Senior Information Technology Auditor.

Mark Wagner, CISA, earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting from the University of Arkansas from 1973 to 1976. Mark also holds a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification obtained from ISACA in March 2005.
