Timothy Walsh

Timothy Walsh has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Timothy is currently serving as the Associate General Counsel at ATN International since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as the Deputy General Counsel from April 2016 to November 2021. At Booz Allen Hamilton, Timothy led a team of professionals and was responsible for various areas such as cybersecurity, intellectual property, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Before joining Booz Allen Hamilton, they worked at Advent Software as Senior Legal Counsel from August 2012 to March 2016, where they contributed to drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on intellectual property and data privacy matters, and handling general corporate matters. Prior to that, they served as the Principal and Managing Director at the Law Office of Timothy P. Walsh, LLC from 2011 to 2012. Timothy also has significant experience working at Accenture as the Senior Executive and Director of Legal Services, where they led a global legal team and advised the business on developing new products and services. Timothy started their career as an Associate at Gordon & Glickson, a boutique law firm specializing in IT-related transactions, and later worked as a Consultant at Computer Sciences Corporation.
