Shannon showcased expertise in photo editing, digital photography workflow, retouching, and lighting.
In 2006, Shannon also worked as a Studio Manager and Photographer for Todd Trice Photographer. Shannon excelled in all aspects of studio operations, including website maintenance, targeted email marketing, and social networking. Shannon successfully increased revenue and acquired new clients through cold calls, sales meetings, and portfolio presentations. Their branding strategies contributed to the studio's success.
In 2013, Shannon joined ATN Event Staffing as the Director of Recruiting. Shannon played a key role in recruiting for a nationwide events staffing agency specializing in experiential marketing. Their responsibilities included sourcing and vetting internal employees such as recruiting coordinators, staffing coordinators, managers, and web developers. Shannon developed and managed recruitment for short-term promotional event job placements and direct-hire positions.

Shannon Locker holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Photography from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Shannon also holds a Level 1 certification as a Certified Life Coach from the Certified Life Coach Institute, which they obtained in June 2020.
