From 2014 to 2017, they were Alliances Director for Nordics & Baltics at Workday. From 2013 to 2014, they were Director of Partner Sales for Nordics & Baltics at SAP. From 2008 to 2013, they held two roles at SuccessFactors an SAP Company, Director of Channels & Alliances Northern Europe and Alliances & Channel Sales Director, Northern Europe. From 2005 to 2008, they were Channel Sales Manager at SAP. From 2004 to 2005, they were Channel Sales Manager at Check Point Software Technologies. From 2000 to 2004, they held two roles at Vigilante and Protego, Sales Manager and Channel Sales Manager. From 1995 to 2000, they held two roles at Trend Communications A/S, Sales Manager and Account Manager.

Morten Hedrich attended The Danish School of International Marketing and Export from 1993 to 1995, where they earned an EE in Sales and Economics.
