Billie van Pay

Billie Van Pay is a realtor at Middleburg Realty and Atoka Properties, with experience in the real estate industry since November 2012. Additionally, Billie has been a community reporter at Virginia News Group since December 2011, writing columns for Loudoun and Fauquier Times. Prior to this, Billie worked as an educator in the state of Tennessee from September 1963 to June 1994, after obtaining various degrees from Miss. University for Women.
