Roman Volodin

Roman Volodin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at АТОЛ since March 2022, Roman has held significant leadership roles, including CEO and Member of the Supervisory Board at Tele2 Kazakhstan from February 2016 to November 2023, and Commercial Director at Yandex.Taxi from February 2021 to February 2022. Roman's earlier positions included Chief Commercial Officer at Tele2 Rus and Product Director at Tele2, alongside a role as Head of Group at Mobile TeleSystems (MTS). Roman holds an Executive MBA from the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO and a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the State University of Management.
