Dilek Has is a People & Culture Director at ATOLYE with 20 years of experience specializing in strategic planning, team management, and financial management. Previously, Dilek held various roles including HR officer and Finance Officer at Greenpeace Akdeniz - Türkiye from 2006 to 2009, and served as the Global People and Talent Lead at Change.org from 2020 to 2023.
