Anita Adjei-Wiafe is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across the health care, banking, and retail industries. They served as a Human Resource Sergeant with the Minnesota National Guard from 2001 to 2012 and later held various HR roles, including HR Manager at Walker Methodist and Human Capital Consultant at Optum. Currently, they are the Sr. Director of People and Culture for the Minnesota Vikings. Anita is also pursuing a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management at St. Mary's University while holding a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
