Mariana Ribeiro

Mariana Ribeiro is a Senior Service Designer at ATÖLYE, where they focus on creating resilient and equitable services through Design Justice, Social Innovation, and Futures Thinking. Prior to this role, Mariana worked as an Innovation & Strategy Consultant at Koos Service Design, as well as a UX Designer & Researcher at Santander Bank, where they collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences. Mariana also held a research fellowship at Universidade de Aveiro, managing the Erasmus+ project SIKE, aimed at leveraging university knowledge for social change. They obtained a Master's degree in Design Innovation and Citizenship from the Glasgow School of Art and a Bachelor's degree in Design from the University of Aveiro.
