Catherine Swanson

Catherine Swanson has a diverse work experience in the banking sector. Catherine currently serves as the Head of Credit Strategy at Atom bank since 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Operational Risk at Atom bank from 2021 to 2023. Before joining Atom bank, Catherine worked at RBS, where they served as the Head of Outsourcing Risk Oversight from 2019 to 2021 and as the Head of Operational Risk Delivery from 2018 to 2019. Catherine also worked at RBS as the Head of Insights & Business Management Operational Risk from 2016 to 2017, as a Business Manager from 2016 to 2016, and as an Operational Risk Appetite Lead from 2015 to 2016. Catherine's extensive career in the banking industry began at Lloyds Banking Group, where they worked as an Operational Risk Manager from 2001 to 2015.

Catherine Swanson received a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance, General from Edinburgh University, attending from 2001 to 2003.
