Michael Sherwood has extensive experience in various roles within the banking and customer service industries. Michael most recently served as the Head of Brand & Experience at Atom bank, where they were responsible for marketing, customer experience, research, design, and facility management. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Digital Experience at Atom bank. Before joining Atom bank, Michael worked as the Head of Customer Service at Virgin Money. Michael also worked at Tesco Bank as a Customer Experience Manager, where they focused on improving customer satisfaction and developing insurance products. Additionally, they served as the Head of Customer Contact (Interim) at Ageas UK and held managerial positions at BGL Group and Orange.
Michael Sherwood has a Bachelor's degree in Ba Hons Architecture and Design History from the University of Teeside.
