Erick Holmann

Erick Holmann has a diverse work experience. Erick is the co-founder and CEO of www.AtomChat.IO since September 2018. AtomChat.IO is a company that helps increase sales teams' productivity by providing human-automation and augmentation tools that engage customers through messaging apps. Prior to this, Erick worked as a board member at Nestrix Corporation from December 2009 to June 2018. Nestrix focuses on digital sales through multichannel messaging and automation, combining digital marketing, AI chatbots, and a proprietary multi-channel messaging platform. Before that, Erick worked at Citi from March 2007 to February 2012 as a Regional O&T Manager, where they coordinated customer service projects and was part of the due diligence group that integrated operations and technology between two large Visa issuing banks in Central America. Erick also worked at Grupo Financiero Uno from January 2002 to December 2006 as a Regional Business Process Management Coordinator, responsible for standardizing policies and processes, implementing credit and behavioral scoring systems, and reengineering and optimizing credit card, customer service, IVR, and call center processes in Central America.

Erick Holmann attended Academia Interamericana de Panama from 1986 to 1996, however, no degree or field of study information is available for this period. Later, from 1997 to 2001, Erick pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
