Mark Pricco, a CPA who also owns three tax offices, developed Automated Tax Office Manager in 2003. He realized that his office needed a solution to resolve operational struggles and help manage daily processes. With extended use, he discovered that what works for his office would also work for other offices. This discovery has led to the expansion of sharing his software with other business owners like himself. With ATOM’s features, business owners can manage their offices regardless of what type of business he or she is operating, as the software does not solely focus on tax office functions and can be customized to fit any office.

ATOM Software was designed to assist offices to operate more efficiently in a paperless cloud-base structure. Daily office functions such as communicating with clients or employees, tracking productivity, running reports, scheduling and much more can now be completed remotely. Office functions became accessible on the go, making it easier to tackle office tasks and meet office needs.
