Onboarding Lead at Atome

Mila Karmila has held various roles in multiple companies throughout their career. Mila started in 2010 at PT. Pasaraya Tosersajaya as Head of Department of Active Wear, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they joined PT. Dmarket as a Merchandiser, before moving to PT. Labuan Lalang Indah (Bossini) for a brief period in 2012 in the same role. Later in 2012, they joined PT. MNC GS Homeshopping (MNC SHOP) as a Merchandiser, and stayed in that position until 2015. Mila then worked at Sale Stock as a Senior Buyer from 2015 to 2020. Currently, they are the Onboarding Lead at Atome, starting from February 2021.

Mila Karmila holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universitas Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama). Additionally, they attended SMU Cenderawasih 1 Jakarta, but no specific degree or field of study is provided.
