Fernando has held various sales and business development roles in the IT industry, working with companies like Atomeus B.V., Plan Angel, FourScouts, Sytac IT Consulting, Legian, Codec-IT, Ictopus, and Brunel. Their responsibilities have included selling IT specialists, finding new clients for detaching senior specialists, and promoting data solutions and consultancy services. Additionally, Fernando has experience in helping raise financial resources to bring together biological families in Colombia and adoptees from Colombia in the Netherlands.
