Carmen Lei

Carmen Lei has a diverse range of work experience in the field of nutrition and dietetics. Carmen has worked as a Student Community Dietitian at The Talbot Centre, where they conducted nutritional analysis for clients with eating disorders. Carmen also worked as a Psychology Content Creator at Atomi, developing practice exam questions for high school psychology syllabuses. Carmen was a Student Food Service Dietitian at HealthShare NSW and gained experience as a Student Clinical Dietitian at Royal North Shore Hospital, where they provided individual case management for patients in various medical departments. Carmen also worked as a Dietitian Assistant at Matilda International Hospital and NutritionHK Centre. Carmen has experience as a Nutrition Consultant at St. John's College, University of Hong Kong and Advanced Health System (AHS). Additionally, they have entrepreneurial experience, having started an online fashion retail business called SaturdayGlam. Carmen also worked as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at CheeseBB, where they facilitated partnerships and collaborated with influential social media platforms and wine companies.

Carmen Lei's education history includes pursuing a Master of Nutrition & Dietetics degree at the University of Sydney from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Science from The University of Hong Kong, studying from 2018 to 2021. In 2018, Carmen completed an internship at the DSY Wellness and Longevity Center, focusing on food and nutrition related to health disorders. Carmen also earned their high school degree, specializing in the IB diploma, from Sha Tin College (ESF) in Hong Kong between 2015 and 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Carmen has obtained several certifications. In December 2018, they received the St. John’s Ambulance First Aid certification from the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic & Vocational Qualifications. In March 2022, they obtained the Working With Children Check certification from Service NSW.
