Lauriane Kaminski

Lauriane KAMINSKI is an experienced professional in Human Resources with a strong background in talent acquisition and HR development. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Atomic Digital Design since May 2023, Lauriane leads a dedicated team and is committed to fostering an inclusive work environment. Previously, Lauriane held various roles at Jellysmack from October 2018 to May 2023, including HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included managing the employee experience and coaching managers. Earlier experiences include positions at Sia Partners and Hays, focusing on recruitment strategies, employer branding, and partnerships with educational institutions. Lauriane holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from ISC Paris and has participated in an Erasmus program at Corvinus University of Budapest.
