Chloe Liu

Chloe Liu is an experienced production coordinator and talent manager currently working at Atomic Cartoons since September 2022, overseeing talent management for the Vancouver studio. Prior experience at Atomic Cartoons includes roles as a production coordinator from May 2017 to March 2022, where key projects included serving as the animation coordinator for "101 Dalmatian Street" and the comp and effects coordinator for "Trolls." Chloe's animation career began at Jester Coyote Animation and includes positions as a flash animator, contract animator, and character animator using After Effects on productions such as "Fetch! with Ruff Ruffman." Chloe holds a degree in General Fine Art with a focus on 2D animation, painting, and drawing from Emily Carr University of Art and Design, completed in 2010.
