Prince Kiazolu has worked in the IT field since 2021. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Atomic Data as a Network and Operations Center Technician II and Information Technology Service Desk. In 2023, they began working at North Memorial Health as an Infrastructure Technician. In this role, they serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for best practices and provides consultation and support on complex projects and/or issues. PRINCE also images, deploys, reclaims and upgrades IT products, troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software, and peripheral issues, and plans, prioritizes, organizes and completes work to meet established objectives. Additionally, they anticipate customer needs and proactively identifies solutions, maintains thorough and detailed support documentation, follows IT Quality Measurement expectations, adheres to established support and security procedures, communicates regularly with customers to manage service level expectations, participates in after-hours on-call support, and provides at-the-elbow guidance and coaching for less experienced Desktop Support Team members.
Prince Kiazolu has a Certificate in Information Technology from Summit Academy Opportunities Industrialization Center, obtained in 2021. PRINCE also has an Associate's degree in Economics from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Statistique et d'Economie Appliquée ENSEA. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from CompTIA: CompTIA Network+ in March 2022, and CompTIA Security+ ce Certification in February 2022.
