Jeff Dahlby

Jeff Dahlby currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Umego.ai, an AI-driven customer intelligence platform launched in January 2024. Dahlby also holds COO and Integrator roles at Atomic Elevator and Kalungi, where responsibilities include driving growth through AI-powered marketing solutions and improving operational efficiency for B2B SaaS clients, respectively. As the founder and fractional COO of FusionWorks Consulting LLC, Dahlby provides operational leadership to small and midsized companies. Previously, Dahlby was the Vice President of Marketing Operations at Astound Commerce, where leadership led to significant revenue growth and successful team integrations.
