Hilit Shamir Davidof

Hilit Shamir Davidof has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hilit is currently working as a Research and Development Manager at Atomic Growth since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Danshar as a Business Unit Manager from March 2019 to August 2022.

Before that, Hilit served as the Marketing Director at Donna Italia International from October 2015 to March 2019, where they were responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, developing marketing plans and programs, and supervising the department.

From an earlier period, Hilit worked at Colmobil as a Marketing Manager for the Premium division, where they achieved notable accomplishments such as doubling the number of vehicles sold in 2013 and reaching the 2nd place in the premium category.

Hilit also has experience working at Unilever as a Marketing Manager for Beigel & Beigel, where they played a key role in implementing marketing and business strategies, managing sales interfaces, and achieving above-forecast growth in sales figures.

Hilit has also worked at Nestlé as the VP Marketing for Nestle Ice Creams and at EL AL Israel Airlines as a Flight Attendant.

Hilit Shamir Davidof holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs, which was obtained from Tel Aviv University from 1994 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Professional Communication at Clark University from 1996 to 1997. Later, in 1998 and 1999, they completed a Diploma in Modern Marketing Management from Tel Aviv University.
