Rodolfo Palacio Schneider

Rodolfo Palacio Schneider has extensive experience in tech, finance, food, marketing, and in growing and scaling companies globally. In 2021, Rodolfo co-founded and co-ceoed Atomic Kitchens, which is aiming to become a main global player in the rapidly evolving, high-growth Digital Restaurant disruption. Rodolfo is currently developing and activating several tech and data driven enabled Digital Restaurants in strategic locations across Latin & North America.

Prior to Atomic Kitchens, Rodolfo was the founder and CEO of TastyBoom, a company that brought online orders to Restaurants by creating and promoting their own websites and apps. Rodolfo was also an advisor for the company since 2017. During their time at TastyBoom, Rodolfo processed over 600k online restaurant orders, years to-date, totaling USD 20 + MM in revenue.

Rodolfo Palacio Schneider attended Concordia University and Universidad Diego Portales, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
