Gregory Ghahramani

Gregory Ghahramani is currently working as a MEMS Design Engineer at Atomic Machines. Prior to this, they were a Graduate Student at Weill Cornell Medicine from 2019 to 2021. In 2017, they worked as a Summer Research and Development Intern at Cornell University, where they designed and produced two magnets that precisely bend a high voltage electron beam at variable angles. In 2016, they were a Summer Researcher at the Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge, where they designed and tested prototypes to measure the concentration of nanoparticle aerosols. Additionally, they worked as a Summer Intern at AVR Realty Company in 2015.

Gregory Ghahramani started their educational journey in 2014, when they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University. In 2016, they attended Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, although they did not receive a degree. In 2018, they earned a Master of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Gregory is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Biophysics at Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences, which they are expected to complete in 2025. Additionally, Gregory has obtained two certifications, one in Neural Networks and Deep Learning from deeplearning.ai in August 2020, and one in Machine Learning from Stanford University in January 2020.
