Trish Pandya

Trish Pandya currently serves as the Lead Technical Recruiter for Mechanical and Software Engineering at Atomic Machines since January 2025. Previously, Trish was the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and a Founding Recruiter at Alluxio, Inc. from November 2022 to December 2024, playing a crucial role in scaling the company from 18 to 104 employees by filling challenging technical and executive roles while achieving a 90% offer acceptance rate.
