Valerie Graybeal

Valerie Graybeal is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and project management. Currently serving as an Accelerator Manager and Technical Delivery Lead at Atomic Object since October 2025, Valerie leads the Accelerator program, mentoring new software engineering graduates and managing consulting projects. Prior to this role, Valerie was a Principal Solutions Architect at Highspring, leading distributed engineering teams to deliver cloud-native solutions. Valerie's career includes significant roles at BUILT, where responsibilities spanned from Principal Delivery Lead to Senior Delivery Lead in Solutions Architecture, overseeing technical initiatives and development teams. Earlier experience includes Senior Software Engineer positions at Kapok Digital and Globant, where Valerie built mobile and web applications across various industries. Valerie began a career as a Software Engineer at MetaMetrics, Inc. and as a Web Developer at Shodor Education Foundation, Inc. Valerie holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Western Carolina University.
