Atticus Honore

Atticus Honore is the Chief Legal Officer at Atomic. Atticus was previously an Associate at Gunderson Dettmer, where they specialized in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their life cycles. Atticus also has experience with corporate formation and governance matters, venture capital financing transactions, a variety of M&A transaction structures, and public offerings and reporting. Prior to Gunderson Dettmer, they were an Associate at Reed Smith LLP in their Corporate & Securities Group, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions, Venture Financing, Emerging Companies, and Capital Markets transactions. Atticus also has significant experience in Financial Industry, Healthcare, and Renewable Energy transactions. Atticus began their career as a Summer Associate at Reed Smith LLP in 2011 and a Judicial Extern for The Hon. Lawrence K. Karlton at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of CA in 2010.

Atticus Honore graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Classical Languages. Atticus then went on to earn an M.Phil in Classics from the University of Cambridge. Finally, they attended Stanford Law School where they earned their J.D.
