Christie Marsteller

Christie Marsteller has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Store Manager at SELL YOUR SOLE CONSIGNMENT BOUTIQUE LLC, where they were responsible for client care, inventory management, and website/social media updates.

From 2014 to 2016, they served as an Executive Assistant at Westlake Associates Inc., supporting a team of executives in the commercial real estate market. During this time, they took initiative in creating a detailed position training manual and identifying ways to improve processes within the company.

Starting in 2014, Christie also worked as a Property Manager/Transaction Coordinator at Westlake Associates Inc., managing a portfolio of 120 apartment units across multiple properties. Christie led the transition from paper records to an online property management system and implemented tenant online payment and maintenance request tracking software.

In 2017, Christie joined Atomic as an IT Support Specialist/Field Technician. Christie helped grow the IT Department, assisted with onboarding new clients, and established an internal and external knowledge base for the department. Later, they were promoted to Lead Service Desk/Field Technician, where they managed onsite schedules and service desk operations while maintaining a hands-on role in active visits.

Finally, in 2019, Christie assumed the role of Information Technology Manager at Atomic. In this role, they focused on streamlining project management and communication standards, as well as fostering relationships with over 20 clients across various industries.

Throughout their work experience, Christie consistently demonstrated their ability to take on leadership roles, improve processes, and exceed client expectations.

Christie Marsteller completed their education history in a chronological manner. Christie first attended Cascade High School from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a high school diploma. In 2013, they briefly attended the Art Institute of Seattle, focusing on general sales, merchandising, and related marketing operations. Their most recent educational endeavor was at North Seattle College from 2015 to 2017, where they pursued an Associate of Applied Sciences in Real Estate.
