Claire Jaicks has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Claire began their career as a Sustainability Associate at Wild Local Seafood Co., where they gained experience in sales, product marketing, and brand development. Claire then worked as a Ski Instructor at Vail Resorts for five years, cultivating relationships with customers and adapting their teaching methods to meet their needs. Claire also worked as a Marketing & Operations Manager and Managing Editor at James Stanfield Company, where they managed various areas of the business and gained a foundational understanding of running a company. Additionally, Claire worked as a Logistics Manager at Nomad, gaining exposure to the fast-paced startup environment. Claire then pursued a Master's degree in Technology Management at UC Santa Barbara, during which they served as a Market Strategy Consultant at Invoca as part of their thesis project. Claire also worked as a Marketing & Communications Specialist at HGH USA, where they specialized in marketing and communications. Their most recent role is as a Program Manager I at Atomica.

Claire Jaicks has a Master's degree in Technology Management from UC Santa Barbara, which they obtained from 2019 to 2020.
