Mohammed Rafiur Rahman, MBA, has a comprehensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Mohammed currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Atomica, where they started in June 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Process Engineering from March 2023 to June 2023 and as the Director of Fab Operations from October 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Atomica, Rahman worked at MACOM as the Ann Arbor Wafer Fab Manager from July 2021 to October 2022. Mohammed also gained significant experience at BAE Systems, where they held the position of Senior Principal Semiconductor Engineer II from July 2013 to October 2022.

Rahman's earlier work experience includes roles at MicroChem Corporation as the Applications Engineering Group Leader from November 2011 to July 2013, at Analog Devices as a Senior Process Engineer from June 2006 to November 2011, at Advanced MicroSensors as a Lithography Process Engineer from May 2004 to June 2006, at National Semiconductor as a Unit Process Development Co-op from May 2002 to November 2002, and at Fairchild Semiconductor as a Co-op Process Engineer from June 2001 to December 2001.

With their extensive background and expertise in the semiconductor industry, Rahman has developed a strong foundation in operations management, process engineering, and fab operations.

Mohammed Rafiur Rahman, MBA completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Microelectronic Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology in the years 1999 to 2004. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bentley University between 2016 and 2018.
