Aparna Chugh is currently the Head of Product at Atomicwork, where they focus on building an agentic service management platform for Enterprise IT teams. They also serve as the Chief Creative Officer at Shipping Tomorrow, co-creating a comic strip on product management. Previously, Aparna co-founded Serene Woods, an online portal for emerging authors and photographers, and held various product management roles at Freshworks and Chronus, leading significant product strategies and developments. Aparna has pursued an MCA in Computer Applications and a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Computer Science, and has completed a Post Graduate Program in Management at the Indian School of Business.
