Martina Whittell

Martina Whittell has a strong background in HR and operations, with experience in various organizations. Martina currently serves as the Head of HR Operations and Reward at atomos wealth since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at NewDay from June 2015 to August 2022 as a Senior Manager in People Operations, Reward, and Payroll. Martina also served as the Pay and Benefits Manager at Cabot Credit Management from November 2007 to June 2015. Martina held the role of Compensation and Benefits Officer at Instinet Europe Ltd from May 1998 to June 2003. Before that, Martina worked as an HR and Payroll Officer at Johnson Fry from October 1996 to May 1998, and at London Market Claims Services (Lloyds Insurance group) from March 1990 to October 1996.

Martina Whittell attended Chatham Grammar School For Girls. Martina later pursued a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from AVADO and also obtained an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Avado.
