Prior to retiring, they worked at Sanlam UK as the Head of Customer Services, where they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of customer-facing staff. Before that, they worked as a Change Management Consultant at Vertex Financial Services from 2000 to 2007. Neil also has extensive experience at RBS as a Customer Services Manager from 1986 to 2000. Prior to that, they worked in various sales representative roles, and they began their career at Axa Sun Life as a Team Leader from 1978 to 1982. Overall, Neil has held positions of leadership and has a strong background in customer services and change management.
Neil Skinner attended Cotham Grammar School in Bristol from 1971 to 1978. Neil then pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Banking, Insurance & Finance from Sheffield Hallam University from 1999 to 2001.
