Neil Skinner

Neil Skinner has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Neil retired in 2014 to pursue personal interests and focus on their family. Prior to retiring, they worked at Sanlam UK as the Head of Customer Services, where they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of customer-facing staff. Before that, they worked as a Change Management Consultant at Vertex Financial Services from 2000 to 2007. Neil also has extensive experience at RBS as a Customer Services Manager from 1986 to 2000. Prior to that, they worked in various sales representative roles, and they began their career at Axa Sun Life as a Team Leader from 1978 to 1982. Overall, Neil has held positions of leadership and has a strong background in customer services and change management.

Neil Skinner attended Cotham Grammar School in Bristol from 1971 to 1978. Neil then pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Banking, Insurance & Finance from Sheffield Hallam University from 1999 to 2001.
