Axel Roth

Axel Roth is an experienced professional in the medical device and drug delivery systems sectors, currently serving as the Head of Development Tracheostomy at Atos Medical since August 2024. Prior to this role, Roth held the position of Head of Product Development for Drug Delivery Systems at Stevanato Group, Balda Medical from October 2020 to July 2024, and worked at Boehringer Ingelheim from July 2014 to October 2020 in various capacities including Head of Device/Combination Product Development for parenterals. Roth's earlier experience includes serving as Head of Blood Glucose Monitoring Development Projects at sanofi-aventis from March 2010 to June 2014, focusing on innovative blood glucose monitoring solutions. Roth holds a DPhil in Mathematics & Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sussex and TU Darmstadt.
